Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna visited Argentina and met with Foreign Minister Gerardo Werthein.

During the meeting, the ministers reviewed the bilateral agenda and discussed the international situation and regional issues, as well as cooperation in cybersecurity and digital government, investment opportunities, and strengthening bilateral trade. They also agreed on the importance of the Mercosur-EU Agreement and Argentina's entry into the OECD.

Foreign Minister Tsahkna also met with Defense Minister Luis Petri to, among other topics, promote cooperation in cyber defense.

During his visit, Foreign Minister Tsahkna paid tribute to General San Martín and inaugurated an Honorary Consulate in Buenos Aires.
