Deputy Head of Mission Nicolás Villamil visited Riga to meet with different representatives from the local public and private sector. At the Latvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs he met with Ms Gundega Pumpure from the Division of Americas and the Caribbean and at the University of Latvia with Mr Mikus Losans and Mr Karlis Kivlenieks from the Business Incubator.
