On behalf of the Argentine Republic, Ambassador Facundo Vila handed the Order of May to the former Ambassador of Finland in Buenos Aires, Jukka Siukosaari. It's one of the highest decorations in Argentina and named after the May Revolution which led to the birth of our republic.
