The First International Festival of Female Choirs in Latin America (FICFE) will take place between November 14 and 23, 2019 in the city of Puerto Madryn, province of Chubut, Argentina. The Festival will be organized by: María Eugenia Travaglia, Fabiana Solana and Marcela Campaña, together with the non-profit Civil Association "Vientos del Sur".

The festival includes a composition contest whose jury is composed of five teachers who will participate in the event itself by giving workshops, lectures and trainings.
