The Ambassador of the Argentine Republic to Estonia, Carlos Mascias, presented his Credentials to the President of the Republic of Estonia, Alar Karis.

During the ceremony held at the Presidential Palace, they held a meeting in which they discussed the regional and multilateral situation, as well as various opportunities to strengthen bilateral relations and cooperation, trade and investment, identifying areas of mutual interest.

During his visit, Ambassador Mascias also held meetings with the Secretary General of the Estonian Foreign Ministry, Jonatan Vseviov, who led the Estonian delegation that visited Buenos Aires in September 2024, as well as with the Director of Transatlantic Relations, Karmen Laus, who was also part of the delegation that accompanied Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna on his visit to Argentina in November 2024.

During both meetings, the main topics on the bilateral agenda were reviewed, as well as elements to strengthen it in the coming years.
