Ambassador Carlos Mascias visited the city of Seinäjoki, where he toured Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences (SeAMK) and met with academic authorities. During the visit, ideas were exchanged about the university’s activities, and opportunities for cooperation with Argentine institutions were explored, particularly in student exchange programs. 

The Ambassador also shared a working lunch with Marika Ojala, Director of Secondary and Upper Secondary Education in Seinäjoki, to discuss the local educational system. 

Finally, he took part in a seminar organized by the International Tango Academy of Finland on the similarities between Argentine and Finnish tango, and attended the tango concert performed by Argentine artists Mercedes Krapovickas (bandoneon) and Leandro Roco (vocals).
