Between May 3 and 9, 2026, a delegation of Argentine magistrates participated in the seminar “Complex Litigation in the Nordic Countries,” organized by the Association for Judicial Exchange and Studies (AIEJ).
The distinguished and representative delegation included 37 magistrates from various jurisdictions and areas of law and was led by Ricardo Li Rosi, Judge of the Civil Court of Appeals and President of AIEJ.
During their stay, the delegation held meetings with key institutions such as the Supreme Court of Finland, the Office of the Prosecutor General, and the Helsinki District Court. They also took part in a rich academic program with authorities and faculty members from the University of Helsinki’s Faculty of Law, coordinated by the Embassy.
We highlight the importance of these exchanges in strengthening international cooperation and institutional dialogue, as well as the delegation’s high level of professionalism, commitment, and collaborative spirit, all of which contributed to the success of this visit.
