On April 14, Ambassador Carlos Mascias was invited to speak at the “Seminar on the Political and Business Climate in Latin America and the Caribbean”, organized by the Nordic South Forum think tank in collaboration with UPM.
Ambassador Mascias participated in the English-language segment of the event alongside H.E. Patricia Benítez Lima, Ambassador of Uruguay to Finland.
In his remarks, Ambassador Mascias highlighted the opportunities to strengthen the trade and investment agenda with Argentina and emphasized the importance of the MERCOSUR-European Union Agreement to boost them.
