Between March 14 and 17, the International Tango Festival took place in the city of Seinäjoki, Finland. It was organised by the non-profit organisation, Academia del Tango Internacional Finlandia. The entity has the purpose of (conformada por artistas argentinos y finlandesas) en la ciudad Seinäjoki, Finlandia. The purpose of this entity is to promote the dissemination of tango in Finland.

The festival program included workshops and tango performances, screenings of Argentine and Uruguayan films, and a commercial seminar organised for local companies.
