Tomorrow, Wednesday October 19, starts the 12th edition of the Latin American Film Festival, Cinemaissí, in Helsinki. Similarly to previous years, the festival will be screening films from a total of 15 countries. This year special attention is given to women and girls. The festival programme includes several movies of females directors or protagonists.
Nitrate Flames, by Mirko Stopar is one of the Argentine films screened at this year's Cinemaissí. Stopar will be personally attending the festival as invited guest of the Argentine Embassy and the festival and will be present at the screening of Nitrate Flames on Saturday 22th at 16:45 in WHS Teatteri Union. A special Q&A session will be held with the director right after the film screening.

- La Creciente de Luz Ruciello y Lluis Miras
- Guaraní de Luis Zorraquín
